The OCAA Board of Directors wishes to thank all attorneys who participated in the electronic poll regarding work furloughs. The poll resulted in an overwhelming number of attorneys voting for Option #3, which directed “OCAA to take any legal action necessary to stop the work furlough issue if it is instituted by any Office”. The District Attorney has announced that furloughs will begin in the Office of the District Attorney – therefore, as you directed, OCAA will take action on your behalf.
