The Orange County Attorneys Association (OCAA) is seeking District Attorney Office (DA) candidates to submit nomination petitions for the OCAA Board of Directors. Board members usually serve a three-year term/commitment, however, the DA’s elected to these two seats will only serve for the remainder of these seat’s current terms which end on December 31, 2022, and December 31, 2023 respectively. These seats are currently held by Board Appointees.
DA’s who are nominated and the two nominators, who will sign in support of him/her, must be OCAA members in good standing. To have the nominee’s name placed on the upcoming ballot, the completed nomination form must be received by US mail or personal delivery to the OCAA Office (see address below) or scanned and e-mailed to ocaa@ocaa.net, not later than 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
