Another brief update on our litigation. With respect to our PEPRA writ challenging solely the increased pension contributions, last week we filed an answer to the Attorney General’s amicus brief. That brief is now on our website, under PEPRA writ documents. The hearing on our writ is currently scheduled for May 30 at 1:30 p.m. in Department C-25 (the Honorable Thierry P. Colaw, Judge Presiding).
Again please do not print out the brief at work. With respect to our PERB litigation challenging the entire imposition, we are still waiting for a decision from the adminstrative law judge.
